In part two of this ear stretching series (part 1 can be found here) you are introduced to one of the best and safest stretching methods.
There are only two types of tapes you should use: Bondage tape and Teflon tape because they are non adhesive.
In the video the most recommended is bondage tape because it is inexpensive and will not stick to the skin.
The jewelry is then re-inserted into the earlobe and the piercing eventually adapts to the new diameter of jewelry.
The process can be repeated over and over again by increasing the tape to thicker layers. This method should be done gradually while taking every safety precaution possible.
